Dove Cote Lodge Camping is a quiet, five-pitch campsite in Cliffe‑cum‑Lund, near Selby, North Yorkshire.
We offer spacious grass pitches for tents, tent boxes, and campervans—caravans and motorhomes are not permitted. Guests can also book exclusive site hire for private retreats and group stays.
Our heated facilities include toilets, showers, and a washing-up area with fridge/freezer. Wildlife-friendly planting, mature trees, a communal fire pit and BBQ, create a peaceful atmosphere ideal for families, solo campers, and small groups.

Mini FAQ **Can I hire the whole site?** Yes—exclusive hire includes all five pitches for up to 25 guests. Minimum stay is two nights. **Are dogs allowed?** Yes—dogs are welcome on leads. Please clean up after them and use the designated bins. **Do you allow caravans or motorhomes?** No. Our site is suitable for tents, tent boxes, and campervans only. **Is electricity available?** Yes—electric hook-ups (EHUs) are available for £5 per pitch, per night.

We are located in a great area for easy access to nearby Selby, York, Leeds and the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside. Great for day trips.

Electric hook-ups (EHU) are available for all pitches if required.
Electric is available at an additional cost per pitch, per night.

What better way to enjoy an evening, than sitting around our large communal fire pit, toasting marshmallows?
We also have a large Communal BBQ, free for you to use.
We have for sale all that you need to use the fire pit, BBQ and have marshmallows for sale too.

DOG & PET FRIENDLY
Our campsite welcomes well-behaved pets. They must remain under control and be supervised at all times. Additionally, there is no charge for your pets' stay.

Selby
Selby is a friendly market town (market day is Monday)
The Abbey, founded in 1069 by William the Conqueror sits at the centre.
There is a farmer's market outside the front of the Abbey on the 3rd Saturday of the month and worth a visit. especially if you are feeling hungry.
In town there is also an array of local bakeries, green grocers, butchers and supermarkets.
There are some lovely cafes and restaurants to frequent too.
